All About Me

Born and raised in Southern California, I embarked on my digital advertising career 22 years ago. In 2001, I took the lead in building my first website,, for Altura Credit Union. After spending 14 years in the dynamic landscape of the San Francisco Bay Area, I made Roanoke my home in March 2021. Formerly serving as the Regional President for Lee Enterprises, overseeing operations for prominent publications such as the Roanoke Times and Lynchburg News & Advance, I later became the VP of Digital for Lee Enterprises in Virginia before founding Coaxn Strategies.

My expertise centers around executive sales leadership and strategic campaign setup, guiding businesses to attain tangible results. Over the past 14 years, I've collaborated with national e-commerce companies and had the privilege of coaching two clients for their appearances on Shark Tank. DoughBar Donuts secured a deal from Barbara, while Nick from Ice Age Meals, though leaving without a deal, witnessed a significant spike in sales that week compared to the previous six months.

The inception of COAXN Strategies stems from my commitment to reshape how businesses and sales executives perceive digital marketing. Recognizing that people don't just go online; they live online, I advocate for treating a business's website as a living, breathing employee. In essence, a website should not only be a company's best employee but also its top salesperson.


Understanding that story telling goes beyond the customer journey and moves into the story of how an online employee (website) says "hi" and "bye" to a consumer. COAXN Strategies is about taking calculated actions to synchronize a business' online and offline customer experiences
